Real technique brushes

Are you looking for a decent brush with a decent price ?

Yes, I am. I found this set of brush when I was in London. They are a brush collection called 'Real Techniques' launched by famous make-up guru and youtuber, 'Pixiwoo'. If you are a beauty obsessed girl like me, you would know and have watched some makeup tutorial videos from pixiwoo.

Their brush collections are very practical and affordable. I really like 'fine liner brush' ($6). It's easy to use to apply gel eyeliner to create from natural, dramatic and cat eyeliner. I also love 'lash-brow groomer' ($6). It is 2 in 1 brush. It can be used to groom your brows and comb your eyelashes (after applying mascara). The 'powder brush' ($10) is also very practical. I used it for applying finishing power and foundation power. The brush is soft so you will not feel like it is attacking your skin as you feel from a low quality powder brush.

Graduation party make up look

My graduation party, there're official part with receiving certificate, dinner and after party. So the look I created for this graduation was kinda party look. There are three keys to achieve this look.

1. For eyes, I used pink champagne colour called 'Sin' from Naked palette 1 on an entire eyelid especially in the middle to brighten the eyes. I applied dark purple colour, 'Busted' from Naked palette 2 near the conner of the eyes. To make the look more intense, I used a deep purple colour called 'Ink' from Sleek ultra matters v2 Darks Palette ($11.99).

2. To make the eyes look much more dramatic and bigger, I put two paris of false lashes. The first layer is Ardell 101 Demi Black and the second layer is MAC false lashes no. 4. Why I have to use 2 paris of lashes ?  One pair is too simple for party look and one pair of really dramatic false lashes is too much for this graduation party. Two pair of medium false lashes make eyes dramatic and bigger but still natural.

3. The eyes are already intense smoky eyes, I prefer to keep the lips neutral. I chose my signature lipstick, Tom Ford lip colour in No. 7 'Pink Dusk' (£37.00) and finished by using NYX butter gloss in Tiramisu ($5).

Giorgio Armani Lip Gloss no. 400

I have seen this red lip gloss, Lip Maestro no. 400 ($33), for a year but hasn't had a chance to buy it.
It was until I had an opportunity being on runway and the look for the show should be glamorous. So the super red lip would be the right answer.

The red lip gloss no. 400 gives you a sleek, classic and true red lip colour. It's moreover brighten up your teeth. If you want a glamorous and luxurious red lips. This is the solution ;)

A minimalistic look

This look I wanted it to be minimal, sophisticated and easy to recreate. I actually wore this look to attend a wedding in a church.

First of all, I applied foundation primer radiance from Laura Mercier all over my face to secure that all the makeup will be stay all day. Then I used cream bronzer, Soleil Tan De Chanel to contour my face. I skipped foundation and went straight to powder my face using Laura Mercier foundation powder

For the eyes, I applied a little bit of Too Faced eye primer all over my eyelid preventing eyeshadow creasing or smudging at the end of the day. I shaded my eyelid around the eye socket using a brown eyeshadow called 'Buck' from Naked palette 1 and applied a nude-pink color 'Sin' from Naked 1 only at the center of the eyelid to brighten up the eyes.

To shape my eyebrow, I used a MAC eyeshadow "Espresso" and put Maybelline brow mascara in Dark Brown on the top.

To finish the look, I applied Giorgio Armani sheer blush in colour 02 on my cheek and put a combination of Tom Ford lip color in No 7 Pink Dusk and NYX butter gloss in tiramisu on my lips.

THREE make up

I got a chance to visit my country, Thailand this summer and I found a wonderful luxurious brand-new Japanese make-up line called 'THREE'. The brand comes with three concepts; Natural, Honest and creative.

Personally, I think the most stand out product is 'eyeliner pencil'. It's very soft, pigmented and it give you precise color. I picked purple color (no. 4, ~US 40) which is perfectly matched with brown eyes.

Eyeliner pencil in purple color (no. 4)
The second product, I purchased, was makeup remover (~US 55). It smells like it is all made from natural ingredients and it effectively removes all of your makeup. The package is brilliant as it comes with a small locker protecting a leak of the product especially under the low pressure on an airplane.

Makeup remover
Last but not least, facial foam. It wasn't my intention at all to buy this product but I changed my mind after touching the foam. It is quite expensive (~ US 60) but actually it could be used up to 3 months as just a little of product can be used for an entire face. I feel like this foam can remove all the remaining makeup and impurities from my face without leaving your face completely dehydrated.

I think 'THREE' satisfies its aspects of 'new attitude for being natural'  ^^
